Please know our board is full of passionate volunteers, which means you may not get an immediate response. Our time is generously donated in between full time jobs, hobbies, other boards, and more! To allow the right to disconnect for our board, please look at our FAQ before you send an email.

If you email is about the parade or community fair applications, forms are released on the front page of our website. If you email asking questions about unreleased information, you will not get a reply. All unreleased information and details will be released at a time deemed appropriate by the board.

If you email us to send links for volunteering, memberships, or any applications available on our website, we will not reply. Please apply through our website, to keep everything in one place!
